Diah Gifts Services (DGS) reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. You are strongly recommended to read these Terms regularly. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms and conditions by continuing the use of our Website, Mobile Application and Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting and using the DGS Website, you have agreed that you have read, understood and accepted our terms including any additional terms and conditions and any policies referenced herein, available on the Platforms.
Our Website and Services and can used by any persons above the age of 18 and or any legal entities such as corporate and companies.

Any persons below the age of 18 must obtain consent from parent(s) or legal guardian(s), who by accepting these Terms shall agree to take responsibility for their actions and any charges associated with your use of our Website and Services and/or purchase of Goods.

This website and Diah Gifts Services are owned and operated by Diah Gifts Services and their Founders.

Accounts – Guest & Registered Members

You may use DGS our Website and Services without registering as a member by simply using as Guest.

Registered member of DGS will enjoy promotions, updates and discounts and notification when updated and applicable.

Intellectual Property

All logos, images, content and services, including these terms and conditions as displayed on our Website and Services or in our marketing material, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of DGS and/or third parties who have authorized us with the use.

The use of DGS logos, images, content and services on any other website without our approval is strictly prohibited. 

Ordering & Delivery

When orders are placed with DGS, we will confirm your order by sending you a confirmation email containing the Order receipt.

Special/Custom Requests – Within reason DGS will try our best to comply with special instructions for an Order. However, DGS reserves the right to disregard the requests if it does not seem feasible, possible or commercially reasonable, DGS will then proceed to prepare the Order in accordance with standard orders available. DGS shall not be responsible to replace or refund an Order which does not conform to special instructions provided by you.

DGS is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information on the Platforms. Further, DGS does not guarantee that the Goods sold are free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please inform us before using our Website and Services.

Please note that all Orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided.

Service Areas

We are currently serving Klang Valley area.

Expansion to other States in Malaysia will be updated accordingly.

Delivery Time

DGS shall deliver your Order to the delivery address provided.

You may be able to choose specific schedule after your Order has been purchase.

An estimated delivery time may be provided in your email confirmation however delivery schedule will vary due to factors beyond our control such as order quantity, distance, time of day, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and others.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In cases where we attempted to deliver an Order but we are unable to do so due to the reasons caused by the following, including but not limited to; lack of Order information by you, no one was present or available to receive the Order, Receiver was unable to be contacted despite attempts to reach the receiver by the phone number provided, lack of appropriate or sufficient access and information to deliver the Order successfully, lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the Order and others.

No Receiver Cancellation

If the receiver is still un-contactable or fail to receive the Order within fifteen (15) minutes from the agreed time or the Order arrives at your delivery address, DGS reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

stars deliveries

DGS will provide proof of delivery to all customers who choose deliveries to their selected STARs. In the event of failed delivery, you will be informed and DGS will provide an alternate solution.

Orders to Cancel

If you wish to cancel your Order after it has been placed, do contact us to inform and a valid reason. 

You have the right to cancel your Order before we accept & confirmed your Order.

DGS reserves the right to cancel any Order and/or suspend, if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent behavior or activities.

Refunds

Should you still decide to cancel your Order after we have accepted your order, no refunds will be issued to you and DGS will carry on with the order and delivery of your Order.

Personal Information (Data Protection)

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and other data. By using our Site, you agree and consent to DGS and any of its associate companies collecting, using, processing and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Products

Suppliers may amend their packaging and ingredient lists without notice.
Product packaging may differ from what is displayed on our Website and Services.
